Courses available on SL-Institute

SL-Institute offers two types of courses.

1. Online courses built on the smart learning platform. They include lessons, modules, quizzes, audios and videos. This content is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week on the platform.

To complete a course, you must complete all chapters and pass all exercises, which include quizzes and activities. If you do not, your progress bar will not indicate that you have completed the course and, for those who qualify, you will not be able to access the certificate. Use the progress bar to check the status of each quiz and activity to make sure they are complete. If you have checked all the exercises and your progress remains incomplete, there may be a technical problem. Contact us by clicking on "Contact Us" and include in your request the name of the course, add a link to the course, include a screenshot, the name of the browser and the name of your operating system, etc. Our technical team will investigate the problem.

2. Electronic books (e-books) are available by digital download.

These courses introduce the different concepts and allow you to learn on your device, at your own pace. You don't need to log in to the platform every time you want to work through the courses. Some exercises are available on the eBooks for you to practice.

Report a typo or error in a course
Our training teams are constantly working to ensure the quality and currency of our courses, but errors can slip through the cracks. If you encounter an error on a course, please feel free to notify our team by clicking the "Contact Us" button located at the bottom of the page in the footer. If possible, please include a screenshot and any additional details.
What if the videos or images are not available?
Below are several troubleshooting options for you to consider:
- Check for extensions (plug-ins) installed on your browsers, such as AdBlock, which can block images and videos.
- Change browsers or disable some extensions; you should be able to watch our videos without any problems.

If you are still unable to access, it may also be due to a security system set up on your network, especially in a professional environment, with a restrictive firewall.
- If you are not on a home network, ask the administrator if they can change your access permissions.
- If you are on a home network, add www.sl-institute.com as an authorized site to see if that solves the problem.

Course certificates for eBooks available for digital download
The student must complete the exercises presented in the eBook and send a copy to admin@sl-institute.com.

SL-Institute verifies the work done and takes a few days to send the certificate by e-mail in PDF format.
Course certificates for online courses
A course certificate is an official SL-Institute document that confirms that you have successfully completed a course on SL-Institute.

View your course certificates
You can see all the course certificates you have earned on your certificates page. From there, you can download, print or share your certificates.
You can also view your course page or downloads to see courses you have taken but have not earned a course certificate for, as well as your final grades in all courses you have taken.

A course certificate includes:
- The name of the course
- The name of the student
- The signature of the instructor
- A statement that SL-Institute has confirmed the identity of the learner who took the course.

A course certificate does not include:
- Academic credit from the partner institution offering the course
- The final grade you earned in the course
- Your photo ID
- Hours spent working on the course
- A printed or mailed copy of the course certificate. Certificates are provided as downloadable PDF files, which you can print yourself. You can also share them electronically.

Unfortunately, SL-Institute cannot provide course certificates with more information than they already contain. SL-Institute cannot provide any information or documentation of your course progress, completion, grades, or other information outside of the course certificate.
Your certificate for a course will be written in the language in which you took the course.

Academic or Professional Credit
SL-Institute certificates do not earn professional or academic credit. If you need to know if an SL-Institute certificate will count toward the accreditation of a specific organization or program, please ask a representative of that organization or program.
